unfortunately Mechala Sharr Obituary
Mechala Marie Sharr, age 42, of Charlotte, NC, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, November 17, at home after a battle with leukemia. Mechala was born on Sunday, May 6, 1979 to Stephen Sharr and Linda Breen in Lewiston, Idaho.
Mechala was a loving mother who was kind and tender and would give the shirt off of her back to anyone. She truly enjoyed coloring with her boys when they were young. She fought the disease that ultimately took her life for the past 5 months.
Mechala was predeceased by her brother Jeremy Stone who just passed away this past September 11th. Left to cherish her memory are her mother, Linda Olmstead, her father, Stephen Sharr, her sons, Christian Mobley and Carl Thompson Jr, her sister Crystal Simpson and her husband Dion, her step mom and dad Steve and Betsy Spaeth and brothers Austin and Brandon Spaeth, a friend Carl Thompson, as well as several nieces and nephews.
A visitation will take place on Tuesday, November 23rd at 12:00 PM at Life and Legacy's Good Shepherd Chapel, 6525 Old Monroe Rd, Indian Trail, NC 28079 followed by a celebration of Life Service at 1:00 PM which will be officiated by Rev. David Goodson Pastor of Hope Baptist Church of Charlotte.
